No more guests are allowed at the cabins than the maximum number of visitors (number of beds).
Guests rent the cottage for the period stated in the booking confirmation.
Payment is made at the time of booking online, or at the latest at the reception. Please include printout of payment for presentation to staff. Payment for the stay must be made before keys are handed over.
Upon request we can invoice, but the guest must sign and accept the terms and price before keys are delivered.
– Check-in after 2 pm arrival day.
– Check-out no later than 12 pm departure day.
The cabins must be cleaned by the guests themselves before departure.
If equipment and fixtures are damaged during your stay, you must notify the reception immediately.
If the cabin is not cleaned and ready for further rental, we will send an invoice of NOK 500 for cleaning.
Cancellation must be notified no later than 10 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fee. If canceled later than 10 days before arrival, the guest will be billed for 1 day. If canceled later than 3 days before arrival, the invoice for the entire stay will apply.
We use Google Analytics to track website activity so that we can make our site more user-friendly. We also use Facebook Pixel to measure and improve advertising with Facebook.
Your personal information and payment information is transmitted in encrypted data. We only archive the necessary information about you and your stay. You can contact us at any time to have your information deleted. For active and future stays we depend on having your information in our booking system.
